Jean Steunenberg Obituary

Jean S. Steunenberg of Naperville since 1951 The memorial visitation for Mrs. Jean S. Steunenberg, 84, will be from 12 noon until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville. Private interment will take place in Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, Idaho. Jean was active in politics as a member of the League of Women Voters and precinct committeeman and captain, when she was not teaching piano. She was an avid reader. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Robert K. Steunenberg, in 2002. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's name are requested to Albertson College of Idaho, 2112 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell, ID 83605-4432. For information, 630-355-0264.

Jean was a wonderful friend of my grandmother (Pat Taecker) - a neighbor, bridge club playmate, and league peer, we mourn her loss and wish the family all the best.
