Martin Becker Obituary

Martin L. Becker of Hanover Park Services for Martin L. Becker will begin with prayers at 9 a.m. Saturday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Road), Roselle, and proceed to St. John Lutheran Church for funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Irving Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral chapel. Mr. Becker was the owner of Patriot Plumbing. He was the beloved husband of Kerry (nee Meester); devoted father of Chole and Marty; loving son of Robert and Roberta Becker; dear son-in-law of Robert and Georgiann Meester; dear brother of Keith (Kristina) and Steve Becker; and dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Kerry,

So sorry to hear about your loss. I'm not sure you rembermer me or not. I'm your second cousin on your mom's side. My parents were you Uncle Shorty and Aunt Ella Thomas. I got a call from Bonnie about it. I was so sorry to hear about it. It will take time and lot of faith to get over it. So please let me know how you are doing. I had not seen Martin for a few years but I always knew when ever I did see him it would be like no time had passed at all. He was a great friend, who will be missed. Marty was one of my best friends, we had alot of wild times together. Especially on Beck's Blue Ribbon! The 1st time Trey and I ever met Kerry was on that boat ohhhhh! what a ride!!!!!!!!
