To my parents: Kevin and Lidia I am sorry that you have to feel this pain. If I could take it away I would (in a heartbeat!). I will truly miss my Nana with all of my heart, but I know now she is truly in peace. I could still hear the family "debates" and the laughter that always followed. Remember the good times because when Nana was around we always had a lot of them. Please take it easy and know that Nana is now happy with your father watching and protecting all of us. I LOVE YOU!!

We want to send our deepest sympathies to the entire family. Jan & I (and the boys) will be unable to attend the visitation and funeral but wanted to make you aware that our thoughts are with you. She must have been an outstanding woman to have raised such fine and upstanding children. Her journey is now complete and will be remembered as a great success. Our prayers are with you.

I just want to say to everyone in the family that my fondest thoughts of Murne is the way she accepted me into her family 36 years ago when I first met my wife Myra. I was only 19, but she treated me like one of her own. I loved every Christmas seeing her and the family and she will never be forgotten. In return she became part of our family too attending all the important events that families have both good and bad. I will miss her, but she will always be in my heart and the hearts of my family.

I am so sorry that I am unable to visit with you at the services for your Mom. Unfortunately, I have to be downtown on Thursday and won't be back in the suburbs until later in the evening. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. While you go through the grieving process remember to LOOK UP and know that your Mom is now walking streets of gold as a whole person with no more pain and suffering AND she has seen Jesus' face. Growing up on Aldine in Chicago would never have been the same without Murn. She was a second mother to me and I will never forget all the wonderful times I had and all the love I received from all the Hendersons.
I will miss your mom and will never ever forgot her.
