MYRTLE ROSENTHAL Obituary

Myrtle Feiner Rosenthal Myrtle Feiner Rosenthal, formerly of Sunny Isle Beach, Fla., passed away Saturday, June 30, she was 97 years old. She would have been 98 on July 4. She was born in Springfield, Mass. and moved to Chicago, Ill. when she married her beloved husband of 57 years, Avery Rosenthal, who predeceased her. They moved to Sunny Isle Beach, Fla. in 1979. They had two wonderful sons, her loving son, Mark Rosenthal, who also predeceased her. She is survived by her cherished son, David Rosenthal and his wife, Leah. She was predeceased by her sister, Eleanor Buckheim and sisters-in-law, Ruth Berkley and Harriet Oldham; and brothers- in-law, Abe Buckheim and Cyril Oldham. She will be remembered by Sharon Rosenthal, Fran Ruffalo; and her grandchildren, Scott and Amy Rosenthal, Sari Rosenthal, Stacey and Steve Dombar, Neal and Im Rosenthal, Chad and Jessica Rosenthal, Janice and David Marks, Kevin and Lori Himmel; and her great-grandchildren, Jaden, Natalie and Levi Himmel, Sydney and Samantha Dombar, and Shiloh and Callie Marks; and her nieces and nephews. She was a lifetime member of the Natanya Chapter of Hadassah in Miami, Fla., and a member of the Chaim Solomon Chapter of B'nai Brith. Graveside services will be Monday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, 1700 Rand Road, Arlington Heights, Ill. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local Hadassah Chapter or the Jewish Home for the Aged in Miami Beach, Fla. For information, Weinstein Funeral Home, 847-256-5700.
