Nan O'Dwyer Obituary

Nan Maria O'Dwyer

It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Nan Maria O'Dwyer, age 65, of Lisle, IL on May 29th, 2025.

Nan was born to father Raymond and mother Marci in 1959. Nan was originally from Orange, Ohio which always retained a special place in her heart.

In Nan's early life, she worked at a Head Start program while graduating from the Barbizon fashion program. Later, she moved to Wheaton, Illinois starting her young family with Gerard O'Dwyer, Jr. Nan was the mother to children Gerard III and Kelli and grandmother to granddaughter Margaret. Nan is also survived by ex-husband Gerard, sisters Fay (Micheal) and Pam (Gary), brother Robert (Rose), nieces Lisa, Bryanne, Emily, Jennie and nephews Chris, Jeff and Eric.

Nan is preceded in death by her parents and brother Roy.

Nan had a persevering passion for art and early childhood education throughout her whole life.

Family and friends are welcome to join together for a Time of Visiting on Tuesday, June, 3 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 PM at Hultgren's Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187
