Nat and I were classmates at Indiana University and also returning Korean War Veterans. We both earned our BA degrees in Business and majored in Real Estate and afterwords were awarded the M.A.I. designation from The American Real Estate Appraisers. It was a pleasure to be a friend of Nat's and he always had my deepest respect for his ethics and professionalism.
