Although the time I knew him was short, Peter was a pleasure to have known. He was a good friend. I'll always be grateful for how unselfishly he gave of his time to help Chris and me during dark hours. Peter will be greatly missed.

Fran and Family,
I am personally very sad and so sympathetic to you all for Peter's passing. My heart goes out to you. Losing Peter is like losing an elemental force like fire or water. His presence was that strong. He had the undying kindness known only to those who were denied it and resolved to re-balance their world. He gave of himself to others so freely I was often in awe him. That anyone could care so much continually reaffirmed my faith in humanity, and set an example I gladly followed. He was a teacher, a friend, an old soul, a force. I will miss him. The world will miss him.

He once told me that his way of dealing with the pain of surgery (he was unaffected by pain killers)was to meditate deeply until he rolled himself into a little ball. Once fully protected, he would then send that little ball far into space. Once the pain had passed he would call it back. I smile a little thinking now about that little ball hurling through space and time, free of pain, free of fear, free of all the bounds of this world. Wherever it's destination, they had better be ready. A unique and very special visitor is coming their way.

Fran & Family,
I am deeply saddened to hear of Peter's passing. I have known Peter for many years from the restaurant and have very fond memories of him and the Friday night gang. Peter was a wonderful person and I am grateful to have known him. I will always remember the life lesssons Peter taught me and many stories he shared with us over the years. He always spoke highly of his family and especially of his wife Fran. He frequently stated what a lucky man he was to have such a wonderful wife. Fran I send you and your family my deepest sympathy during this difficult time. I want you to know that Peter made an impact on everyone he knew and he will be greatly missed.

I have spent many a Friday night with Peter. Every night he would walk in with a smile on his face and some wisdom to share. Peter was a very unique person with an awesome personality. He always made me think about the world I live in and how to navigate through my life. I want to offer my deepest condolences to his family, and especially to his dear wife "Frannie Babe". Peter was an awesome person and he will be greatly missed!
Thank You Peter for all the wonderful laughs and good times!
