Richard Whitlock Obituary

Richard F. Whitlock Private funeral services for Richard F. "Rick" Whitlock, 46, will be held in December. He died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., after a short illness. Interment will be private in Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery, Elgin. Rick was a 1975 graduate of Elgin High School. He is survived by his father, Richard F. Whitlock M.D. and stepmother, Virginia M. Whitlock; his sisters, Patricia Ann Whitlock, Nora Louis Whitlock, and Sara Elizabeth Whitlock; and his stepsister and stepbrother, Kathleen Knights Mickey and John Coby Knights. Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Wolf Whitlock; his stepmother, Jean Wolf Knights Whitlock; and by his stepbrother, Geoffrey Allan Knights. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, 1700 Diagonal Road, Suite 625, Alexandria, VA 22314.
