Ritamae Marie Carroll of Elk Grove Village for 53 years Prayers for Ritamae Marie Carroll (nee O'Hara), 82, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Road (three blocks south of Biesterfield Road), Elk Grove Village, proceeding to Queen of the Rosary Church for a Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, at the funeral chapel. Born in Chicago, she died Jan. 3, 2012, at home. Ritamae was a secretary/business manager at Queen of the Rosary Parish for 46 years, and assistant business manager at the Chicago Board of Trade. She was the beloved wife of Robert Edward Carroll; loving mother of Christine (Craig) Funk, Steven (Janet) and Alan (Cathleen) Carroll; cherished grandmother of Zachary, Justin, Alexandra, Jared, Robert, Sean, Colin, Riley and Colin; dear daughter of the late Albert V. and the late Naomi C. O'Hara; and fond sister of Naomi Valeska, Albert O'Hara, the late Lucille Keller and James O'Hara. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association, appreciated.
