THOMAS FOX Obituary

DEER PARK - Thomas W. Fox, 85, peacefully passed away December 12th, surrounded by his loving family following a series of health issues. Tom was born and raised a Southside Chicago Irish Catholic. He attended St. Felicitas Grammar School, Mt. Carmel HS and St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. He married his high school sweetheart Eileen Blackburn in 1958 and had four children before Eileen's sudden death in 1965. He subsequently married Beverly Winkles and had one more child. Tom was gregarious in spirit and a great salesman who loved his family, friends, classmates, neighbors and coworkers. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gwendolyn (Shea) Fox. He is survived by his wife Bernadine, children Thomas (Debora), Susan, Daniel (Kathleen), Erin Till (Ronald), Sean (Tracy); grandchildren Thomas, Brian, Kelly, Sarah (Michael), Megan, Katie, Brian and Riley; great grandchildren Donovan and Vivian; several nieces and nephews and numerous dear friends. Visitation at 9:30AM, Monday December 19th followed by 10:30AM mass at St. Anne's Catholic Community 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington, IL. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Alzheimer's Association.
