My condolences to the family. Though I didn't know Thomas, I have had the pleasure of knowing his brother, Dr. Donald who has treated me for many years and has done so with the utmost professionalism. What I am trying to say, is that if Thomas was anything like his brother he was certainly a wonderful human being. He will certainly be dearly missed. Please remember all of the good memories of his time with you.
