I know I am so late in my condolences. I feel so bad that I have been out of touch and did not realize. Victor was such a nice and special person. I enjoyed his very charismatic personality and the smile he always seemed to have. It is so sad that we have lost another special person to so many and expecially someone who had such a passion for everything Elgin. He has been missed and will continue to be missed in the many days, months and years ahead,

I am so sorry to hear about Victor. He was such a wonderful person. I worked at Chase downtown Elgin and he would always come in with a smile and say something to make you smile. He was so personable and just a down to earth person.
I know you will all miss him so much. Keep his memory in your hearts forever. I know I won't forget him.
