Bill was one of my two favorite principals, and I will never forget him. He was responsible for keeping me in the teaching field. I was ready to leave when he hired me as the kdg teacher at his brand new school and made my last 6 years of teaching a job. He is missed by many and remembered by many for a lifetime.

Mr. White was one of the best administrators, co-workers and friends anyone could ask for. My children and I have many fond memories of Mr. White and his welcoming smile. He made every student feel special. Our deepest prayers are with you all.

My family surely appreciated Mr. White! What a wonderful first principal (Fox Meadow) for our son. I recall my favorite part of every PTO meeting: Principal White's scheduled remarks.

A greater administrator or mentor there will never be. Bill White touched children and adult lives in ways that cannot be comprehended nor explained. He made the naughty good and the good better. Bill had the ability to identify one's strengths or weaknesses and really make a difference. He loved his profession and always said what an honor it was for him to serve as a principal. He was and will remain to be the best educator/administrator that will pass through U-46. I will forever be grateful to him for taking me under his wing and teaching me the skills I needed to move into administration. I will forever miss his laugh and most of all that Bill White eye twinkle. My love and deepest sympathy are extended to Judy and Colleen.

My sympathy goes out to Bill's family, friends, and co-workers. I enjoyed working with Bill at Ridge Circle in the late 1980's where I saw his tremendous love and compassion for children on a daily basis. He was a wonderful principal/leader to so many teachers, and had a special knack for problem-solving. He was fun, encouraging, and hopeful even in the midst of crisis. I will miss you, Bill. Thanks for the memories!

Bill was an excellent leader, administrator, co-worker and a special friend. It was an honor to work with him. He had such an amazing compassion "For The Children"! My saddened heart goes out to his family. This is a great loss for many many people. With sympathy and love...Nance' & Bob Hoglund

Our deepest sympathy to Mr. White's family. He was a very special man. My children went to Fox Meadow many years ago and I remember Mr. White knew each and every student by name. He was always outside with the kids when the bus delivered and picked up the kids without fail. It was also a TREAT to have lunch with the Principal! The students had contests throughout the year and the teachers also nominated students each month for the honor of having lunch with Mr. White.
He was a wonderful person and will be missed.

My heart is sad knowing I'll never see Bill or hear his funny laugh again. He was a wonderful man and a great teacher, principal and friend. He saved my sanity when he hired me as his kdg. teacher at his last school, Fox Meadow. Unless you've played tennis with him, you wouldn't believe how he could run across that court, in a few short steps. I know his family will miss him more than words can express, but because of their strong faith in the Lord and the hereafter, I'm sure they are, along with me, happy for Bill that he's in a wonderful place now and will not have to undergo chemo or deal with any more health issues. He's feeling his best now, and looking down on us with a great big smile. He was loved by many and touched the lives of thousands in a positive way. I'm so sorry I can not attend his visitation for funeral to convey my sympathy in person to Judy, Colleen, and the entire family. He has left behind beautiful and loving memories for his family and friends. With love and prayers.
