To those of us who knew him in School and throughout our life, there just are no words..Barry We've shared many thoughts and memories of your dad with you already when my mom passed in 2017 and you were helping me, the one thing i shall never forget is he would always ask me if i had his card in my pocket because he thought i drove too fast driving to Bham to work, and he wanted his name to be in my pocket..we would laugh every time he asked... we shall never forget this man...So sorry for your loss.

Jimmy Curtis was well thought of by my grandparents, Bleacher and Shirley Johnston. I'll never forget the kindness he showed the day my grandfather died, despite it being also the day his grandson Cass was born. I wish the family comfort, peace and healing in the days to come.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr Curtis passing. He was such a great help to my Mom when my Dad passed. And there for so many more people over the years. Sylacauga was Blessed to have someone like him over the years to help families in their grief. Sending thoughts and prayers to his family.
