Janelle Cano Obituary

Janelle Cano, 58

Janelle M. Cano passed away peacefully on December 7th, 2025. Proceeded by her husband David Cano. She is lovingly survived by her parents Patty and Jack Hardman; her children and their families, Cole Cano (Morgen),Mia Cano (Paul Henion), Torran Dennison, Darci Dennison, Emmy Dennison, Brody Henion, and Taj Henion, Toree Cano (Conner Hagel); grandchildren Sarika, Saige, and Piper Cano, Torran, Darci, Emmy Dennison, Brody, and Taj Henion; as well as her brothers Jerry and Jeff Krier and their families.

Janelle graduated from Flathead High School in 1984. While in high school she met her husband, David, whom she married in 1989. Janelle was an angel put on this earth and gave so much joy and love to all of us. She loved her career working as a Medical Assistant in the valley throughout the years, crafting of all sorts, but mostly loved hanging out with her grandbabies. She put in a long hard fight against breast cancer for many years, with many trials and errors, but always overcoming them with a smile on her face. She truly is one of the most amazing women. We find comfort knowing she gets to be with David, is cancer free, and they get to continue working on their bucket list together in the highest place.

I met Janelle while working together at the Flathead City/County Health Department many, many years ago. We instantly became good friends and spent lots of weekends together with our kids playing at the parks, ball together or just in our backyards. It gives me great peace knowing that she is pain and cancer free and again, with Dave! That girl definitely earned her wings! I will miss my crafting "sista". My heart goes out to her three children and her grandkids! They all were her greatest treasures!
