ROLLA -- Dixie Lee Madonna, 75, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 4, 2016, in Rolla Missouri. Dixie was born February 8, 1941, to Albert and Helen (Fast) Wolk in Crystal City Missouri. She was retired from the Circuit Clerks office, Farmington, Missouri. Dixie was a devoted member of the Senior Companion program in Phelps County.
Dixie is survived by her four children: Joseph L Madonna (Christine) of DeSoto, Leni Phillips (Doug) of Monett, Phillip J Madonna (Amy) of Rolla, and Anthony J Madonna of Eugene Oregon; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one brother, Walter Wolk (Virginia) of Mapaville; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 12:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Salem Avenue Baptist Church in Rolla, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Salem Avenue church for the Shoe Closet.
