Jason Corssen Obituary

DOE RUN -- Jason "Jake" Eric Corssen of Doe Run passed away November 1, 2018, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 31. He was born September 13, 1987, in St. Louis to the late James Corssen and Lee (Erchien) Corssen.

Survivors include his mother, Lee Corssen, fiance, Sarah Bender, sisters, Jane (and husband Rick) Vance, Wanda Letterman, Jennifer (and husband Bian) Zelt, and Wendy Corssen, brothers, James Corssen, Bill Corssen and Dylan Hampton, nephews, Joey Letterman, Chris Vance, Dillion James and Scotty Quinton, nieces, Kellee (& husband Larry) Wisdom, Katie Vance, Baylee Corssen and Jaycen Zelt, great niece, Kaidence Wisdom, great nephew, John Wisdom and many friends.

Jason was the most honest, loving and respectful person. He would do anything for anyone. Jason wore his heart on his sleeve and cared dearly for his loved ones. He had many friends and relatives who loved him and were lucky to call him a son, brother, uncle and friend.

Friends may call on Monday, November 5 at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning until time of service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel. View the online obituary and share your condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
