Laura Nicholson Obituary
FARMINGTON – Mrs. Laura Jessaline Nicholson, 75, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center, Farmington. Laura Jessaline was born on December 12, 1940, in St. Francois County, the daughter of Clarence Marberry and Glena Gertrude 'Merritt' Marberry. Also preceding in death were her husband, Doyle Marion Nicholson (1998) and 2 brothers, Donald and Dellon Marberry.
Laura Jessaline attended Pleasant Hill United Baptist Church in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.
Survivors include: daughter, Susan (and Randy) Stacy, of Farmington; son, Ricky Nicholson (and Stephanie Long), of Farmington; 4 grandchildren: Andrea Nicholson, Samantha Trowbridge, Leslie Lenz and Ashley Stacy; 4 great-grandchildren: Braxton Pullen, Lainey Pullen, Benjamin Trowbridge and Adrian Trowbridge. Also surviving are numerous other brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends.
Visitation 5-8 p.m., Wednesday at Taylor Funeral Service, Inc. Chapel, in Farmington. Visitation resumes 6:30 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016, with funeral at 11 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Hugo D. Walka officiating. Interment at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Ste.
