FARMINGTON – Richard Louis Morrow, 80, of Farmington passed away February 13, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born April 27, 1942, in Arnold, Missouri, to the late Robert and Hazel (Sikes) Morrow. Richard proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Farmington. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and was an avid hunter. He especially loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Marie Morrow; one brother, Robert Morrow; one sister, Norma Edney.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Shirley (McAllister) Morrow; one daughter, Kathleen Frese and husband Dana of Jefferson City, Missouri; one son, Richard Andrew Morrow and wife Wava of Union, Missouri; five grandchildren, Julia Frese, Justin Frese, Avery Morrow, Andrew Morrow and Colton Morrow; two sisters, Jane Meyer of Farmington and Pat Tayloe of Owensville, Missouri; dear friend, John Thomas. Several nieces, nephews, friends and special dog, Jack also survive.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 17, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Pastor Tim Cowin and Father Mitch Doyen officiating. Interment will follow at New Calvary Cemetery in Farmington. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. View obituary and share condolences online at www.czboyer.com
