Barbara Clark Obituary

Barbara J. Clark of Downingtown Barbara J. Clark, 79, of Downingtown, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at her home. Born in Fort Still, Okla., she was the daughter of the late Donald F. Keifer; and Georgia E. Pennell Simpson, wife of the late John E. Simpson, who both raised her. Barb was an avid reader. She enjoyed bowling in her early years and also liked to knit and do puzzles. Ms. Clark is survived by her sons, Terry R. of Florida, Steven A. and Donald E., both of Downingtown; daughter, Pamela L. Finley of Coatesville; brothers, John Simpson of New Hampshire and Thomas Simpson of New Jersey; sister, Janet Malcolm of New Jersey; nine grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Barry L. Clark in December 2009. A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 22nd at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335, where family and friends may call from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Barbara J. Clark Memorial Fund c/o the James J.
