There are no words to express how great a loss this is to all of us. Johnny was bigger than life and adored by all those he touched. We loved him dearly.

You didnt grow up in Downingtown and not know a Klunk. From Greenstreet, Baseball Fields and all around town. My family had the privilege of growning up around the corner. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you go thru this difficult time. May you find comfort in Johnnies memories of the great guy he was and how many people he touched with kindness daily. To All the Klunks
I of course am an East Tech resident as each of you. Have many fond memories of growing up together. Remember your mom when she was pregnant for Johnny. I am not able to be at the memorial service but my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I often think of our days in school and followed your lives over the years.
From my son Steve and myself, we'd like to express our sympathy to each of you.
Prayerfully for you,

This is so hard to write. John was a big part of my life for a long time. I always thought I would see him again when I decided to accept one of his thousand invitations to visit his Eagles Club. My heart is breaking that that won't happen now. My condolences and prayers to the entire Klunk family.

JK was not only a best friend but an older brother to my brothers and I for 8 years. JK was a coworker and fellow Trustee at the Eagles Club. Words cannot describe how much myself and my family will miss him. I spoke with or saw him everyday and loved his stories. He always made me smile with military stories or growing up with "Chunky", "Tadpole" and the rest of the Klunk clan. My heart is broken and I will always remember you Buddy.
I will always "use turn signals!!" and remember "it's our world" I love you and miss you.

John Klunk, JK, Johnny K,the Klunkster. No matter what you called him, those who knew him loved him. He will be sorely missed. He was the kind of guy that when he asked you "how you doing?" he meant it. He would look in your eyes and listen to your response. He loved to laugh, make people laugh, and make people drinks. You always had our backs JK, and now we got yours. RIP

Condolences to JK's family. JK always spoke fondly of his family. What a great guy that JK was! He was whacky (given away immediately by his hair!), fun, kind-hearted, gracious, do anything for you type. If you were one of JK's friends (and boy did he have many), he would not let you get by without greeting you as if you were the coolest cat in the world. JK will be missed greatly.
