Lindsey Carr Obituary

Lindsey Renee Carr of Oxford Lindsey Renee Carr, 25, of Oxford passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at her home. Born in Newark, Del., she was the daughter of James Edward Carr of Roxboro, N.C. and Bonnie L. Folk Carr of West Chester. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Lewisville. She enjoyed dancing, horseback riding and the beach. She is survived by her parents; one daughter, Sarah Renee Quinlan at home; one son Ryan David Quinlan at home; maternal grandparents, Robert and Barbara Folk of Oxford; maternal grandmother, Donna Grace of Madison, Wis.; maternal great-grandmother, Louise Grace of Newark, Del.; paternal grandmother, Ann Carr of Roxboro N.C.; and many family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, at the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, where friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment will be in Little Elk Friends Cemetery, Oxford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the St. John's United Methodist Church, 595 Lewisville Rd., Elkton, MD 21921, or Bethany Christian School, 1137 Shadyside Rd., Oxford, PA 19363. Dear Lindsey,

We only met once through Bobbi Jo and briefly hung out.. I didn't find out until last evening what had happened to you and I wanted to give my condolences to you your family and loved ones.. you seemed like a very special woman and I am very sorry we didn't have the opportunity to get to know one another.
