My name is Diana Isham,

My family and I are members of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints.
When I was somewhere between the ages of 10 and 12, our family met Ray Beiler! We loved this man from the get-go! He was wonderful, warm, personable and clearly loved God and his family!
We loved having him and the missionaries from the church come to our home and loved sharing and discussing the gospel of Jesus Christ with him! He had been studying the Bible and Book of Mormon and was asked at one point how he felt about the church and the Book of Mormon. He stated at that time, that he had prayerfully received a witness from the Holy Ghost, and knew without the slightest doubt that the Book of Mormon was true and that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of the living God and that the church was true. He then stated that even though he knew that it was true, that he had already lost his first wife and family to divorce and that he could not bring himself to join the church because he feared losing his second wife and family! Ray was at that time, staying for a short duration in the Pacific Motel in Joseph City, Arizona and shortly thereafter, he was gone (perhaps to his wife and family?). I don't know. All I know is that I never saw him again and that I have missed him greatly ever since that time!!!
