My deepest condolences for Ray's family and loved ones. I knew Ray from the Caring for Our Common Home group at St. Cornelius. He loved his family so much and was very proud to be a husband, father and grandfather. He had such a sharp mind for business, and brought a lot of great ideas to the table. Above all was his love for Jesus. You will be missed Ray, rest in peace.

Our Wednesday happy hours were always full of laughter and spirited conversation. Ray always brought a thoughtful opinion which was discussed amongst our group with the conclusion always ending in laughter. That is why we were there, to share in the laughter. To live in the moment and enjoy the company.
He loved his children, he loved his church and he loved life. Lucky man.
Ill miss you Ray.

Always with a smile and a helping hand. Not to mention his dancing abilities. Ray will always be remembered as a good neighbor and some one to occasionally have a drink with.

May peace be with all of you at this time of loss! I am imagining Lew Hutton and my dad, Ange Sutera, having a celebration to welcome Ray home. Quite the Army reserve bunch they were, and good friends to boot.

Tony and Kim Houser are very sorry to hear of our friends passing. As you know Tony and I shared years of Wednesday nights together with Ray. We enjoyed our conversations and sharing a meal together. We often had combined friends and family join us. Ray proudly shared with us his life story. How he grew up, Went to Drexel, served our country. He told us he was married to the love of his life Mary. When talking of Mary he would share memories of the shore. Their worldly travels at the finest resorts. His pride and joy is his family. He spoke of each and every one of you with a smile, pride. He was so very proud of each of you. A love so deep we could feel it. He was so proud of your accomplishments, jobs and all your hobbies. We shared laughter, concern for the world, sports, games and even politics. He was proud of his home and the family business. We loved to tease each other and we would laugh our night away. We were there to talk to each other when we would have life situations to ponder. We are not sure who enjoyed our Wednesday evenings more, Ray or us. We will miss him. We know he is smiling down and so happy to be with Mary and Raymond. May his memory bring you peace at this difficult time. Hopefully a smile and a laugh, something he loved to do.

Dad was a principled man of integrity. A man of his word. He was a proud man, proud of his family, proud of his accomplishments proud of his business. He loved his wife Mary, beyond words. He called her his angel, and she was.
Dad's commitment and support are reflected in his friendships he had all his life. Life long friends to this day. None more than that of his brothers, Walt, Dave and Bill. They were very close, and he loved them and their wives. Aunt Mickey, was one of his best friends and to this day, in their hearts are like siblings.
Ray could walk into a room, and make each and every person feel special. He was articulate, well read and always entertaining. He mastered the art of conversation and always had a joke to put a smile on your face.
He deeply loved his sons, Ray, Ron, Gary and Glenn, and their wives. He was also proud of them. Jeri Beth had an amazing, loving relationship with Dad, and has been our rock helping us get through this loss. It is tragic that we lost Ray (his eldest son) prior to his death. It was one of his greatest sorrows.
Lastly, he deeply loved all his grandchildren. He was thrilled by their talents, he boasted often, and rightfully so.
He will be missed terribly, and will forever be in our hearts. We are grateful for the life he led, and the legacy that remains.
With love and remembrance.

I am saddened to read of Rays passing. Everything his son posted is so on point. In that I had not seen Ray within the last 6 months I wondered how he was doing. I met Ray and his wife through business and I can say they were such quality npeople. I am honored to have known them.
