Bob and I go back to the Terry School Elementary days all the way through Gordon Jr, Scott and finally CASH. Always a great balanced easy going guy. I never saw him angry even on the playground where many young kids can lose it over baseball and basketball losses and failures. Have not seen him much since our days in The Ville, knew he was not well, hoped to see him at our 50th year reunion last September but did not happen. To those he leaves behind, be grateful for the life he shared with you.

To Snakes Family, I grew up with Snake, hanging, out going to dances and just having fun. He always called me Beat for Beatle and we had such great times. One of my great memories was at the Shore where we went to a dance ro a group called Cookie Jar and the Crumbs. Snake. yelled to me Beat, Watch this.He did a split on the dance floor and could not get up.We roared.
Snake, from the Beat, rest easy, my friend, I will never forget you.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We were very close back in '69 when he was attending LCJC. Hadn't seen him since 1974. Always remember him as a funny guy! Wish I'd known him in his later years, as he seems to have encompassed a wonderful life full of passion for great things! RIP, Snake

Bobby was a great neighbor to have growing up. He was always a free spirit and so friendly and open to others. Although we lost touch in later years, I want to say thank you to his wife and children for being perfect for him. Sounds like he did what he loved and your love let him do that. My heart goes out to you and, of course, to Mike, Dick, Carol, Ann and Dan as well. Tight lines will never be broken. There is a connection.
