To the Hamilton Family,
You truly have my prayers and sympathy. Your mom was an icon in the community, the last of our community "moms".
Your mother was and is truly one of God's roses. She has been a part of my life since I can remember as a family friend and a mentor to the young girls teaching us the value of being a lady. In my youth there was never a week that went by we weren't over her house. Yvonne and I started our first day of school together. Mrs. Hamilton was there for us through illnesses and deaths in our famiy. When I came to Coatesville to visit I looked for her at Mt Zion because I enjoyed seeing and talking to her with her kind smile.
She truly was a special lady.
God bless and keep you,
One of the "Butler Girls"
