Barbara Dunlap Obituary

Barbara Ann Dunlap, 79, of Southaven, MS passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025. Mrs. Dunlap worked for DeSoto County School System for more than 25 years. She was a sweet and giving person. She gave to many charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was special to her heart. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dunlap; her parents, Edgar and Zenewee Perkins; two sisters, Nancy Jane Delarosa and Opal Wilbanks; three brothers, Richard Perkins, Ramond C. Perkins and Herman Perkins. She leaves two daughters, Karen Dunlap of Southaven, MS and Sharen Putt of Bartlett, TN; five grandchildren, Alysha Shelby, Kaitlyn Davis, Kevin, Laura and Sarah Smorowski; also, two great-grandchildren, Dakota and Connor Jackson.
