Joseph Cappadona Obituary
He graduated from Memphis Catholic High School in 1965 and went on to become a master plumber. He worked as a pipefitter and plumber for Local 44 and a maintenance plumber for the City of Memphis before he founded Most Dependable Fountains. At the time of his death, Joe held the position of owner/president at Most Dependable Fountains.
Joe's hobbies included playing golf, working on and showing antique cars, and spending time with his friends and family. Joe Cappadona and his wife, Sharon, are members of Memphis Classic Chevys car club.
Joe was a loving husband and devoted father who is survived by his wife, Sharon Cappadona, his son, Brett Cappadona, his daughter-in-law, Dana Cappadona, his stepson, Eric Nichols, his step-daughter-in-law, Christina Nichols, and his grandchildren Joe Cappadona, Tori Cappadona, and Grace Nichols.
Joe is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Louis Cappadona Sr., his mother, Christine Marie Spinosa Cappadona, and his sister, Jackie Mahoney.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's family asks that you make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
A memorial service for Mr. Cappadona will be conducted on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Fireside Chapel at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation an hour prior to the service starting at 10:00 am.

Joe and I were class mates at Catholic high, were good friends. I work at seas crosstown ,for lunch we would go to Overton park for lunch, joe would be parked at number 2 hole n a Memphis city truck. I say what´s up joe he say waiting for someone to beat a water fountain with a a baseball bat so I could fix. Joe design a baseball ball bat proof fountain and later comes his company. Loved going over his home for pointers on my 72 chevelle he always Ofer his help. Will miss him

It´s always hard to say goodbye to an old friend, we met in late 60´s, worked together played ball and partied hard, he had a good run, condolences to his family and friends
