Joseph Hoff Obituary
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Karen Peters Hoff; his sons, Andrew Hoff (Lauren) and Hunter Hoff (Mattie); his daughter, Caroline Jorgensen (Jacob); and his brother, Warren Hoff. He also leaves behind his three cherished grandchildren-Joseph Thomas "JT" Hoff, son of Andrew and Lauren, and Parker and Hudson Hoff, daughter and son of Hunter and Mattie-along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A proud alumnus of Lee Academy in Clarksdale, MS and the University of Mississippi, Joe earned his degree in Accounting from Ole Miss in 1977. He began his CPA career at Rhea and Ivy before establishing his own practice.
Joe found true joy in life's simple pleasures: cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels and the Memphis Grizzlies, gardening, listening to music, caring for his beloved pets, and, most of all, spending time with his family. He especially adored his grandchildren, JT, Parker, and Hudson, who brought him endless joy.
His gentle spirit, quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and generous heart touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Bonne Terre (4715 Church Road, Nesbit, MS 38651). Friends and family are welcome to stop by between 4 PM and 7 PM to share memories and celebrate Joe's life.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) or the National Kidney Foundation in his honor.
