Kathy Tutor Obituary

With deep love and sorrow, we remember the life of Katherine Cortese Tutor, 77, of Olive Branch MS, who left us on September 16, 2025. Kathy was born on December 8, 1947 in Memphis, TN to Robert and Dorothy Cortese. From an early age, Kathy brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone around her. Kathy cherished her time in the church as a Eucharistic Minister at Queen of Peace and Resurrection Catholic Church. Family was the center of Kathy's life. She shared 55 years of marriage with her spouse, Dwight Tutor and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Kathy is survived by her husband Dwight, son Adam (Rosa), one grandson Noah, her sister Cheryl (Marty) and two nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothy. A service to honor Kathy's life will be held on Friday, September 19 at St. Louis Catholic Church. Visitation will be at 12:30pm. Mass will begin at 1:30pm followed by a burial at Memorial Park on Poplar Ave.
