Randell Morris Obituary

Randell Bray Morris, passed away on August 22, 2025. He was born on May 29,1954 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Marion and Annie Morris. He was a graduate of Overton High School in 1972 and graduated from Memphis State in 1977. Mr. Morris was an avid supporter of the University of Memphis sports and an avid researcher of family civil war history. He worked for many years as an electrical engineer for the TVA in the Nuclear Division. Randy also was a Christian singer, song writer and musician and loved music. He was active in Gideon's International and a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ and a longtime member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Dayton. Mr. Morris is survived by his brother and his wife, Jerry and Joyce Morris; his sister, Cheryl Warman; and two nephews, Andrew (Nicole) Warman and Phil Warman. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 9:00 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
