What can I say to the family and all who were touched by Shirley? Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Matt 5:4
We met on the job at TDES more than 30 years ago. She was dedicated and took pride in providing service to the unemployed. Shirley and I had a bond of friendship based on love and respect. Shirley will be sorely missed (her presence, laugh, chats) but let us take comfort in knowing that she is resting in the presence of the Lord. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. I pray God's blessings on all of you. He is in control, Prov 3:5,6

You are in our thoughts
as you find your way though this.
We are praying for your healing,
with the passage of time.
We know you miss her;
we send our understanding
and consolation.
Know that the strain, the pain,
will eventually ease.
May your pleasant memories
sustain and comfort you.
You are in our thoughts.
