Steve was my first cousin and close friend while growing up in Memphis. Our family moved to Houston at age 14 but I looked forward to summer vacations in Memphis and spending time with Steve and his siblings. Several weeks ago we talked about my grandson going through rush at Ole Miss. He loved being an ATO. Steve was 4 months older but having 4 sisters, was like a brother. May the Lord take you into his loving arms. Peace be with you.

Kathie, sorry I never got to meet you, but as another Memphian and fraternity brother, Steve was one of my favorite brothers. We always had good times and great laughs. Never had any bad times and always supported each other. He will be greatly missed. I just heard the news while at the beach celebrating my 78th birthday yesterday. I know I will see him in heaven at a later date. God bless Steve and you and your family. His brother, Buddy Holeman

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Even though we may have lost touch, you will always be remembered for the years we knew each other growing up.
God Bless!

Steve was a great friend and ATO Brother. His commitment to our organization and his family and his friends was an example for all of us. All his Tennessee Pi Chapter Brothers join me in this expression of sadness and respect. Kathy and the family are in our prayers. RUH RAH Steve
