Junior Lowe Obituary

Junior Carroll Lowe, 63, of Athens passed away at 4:20 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023, at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and was of the Baptist faith. He worked for many years at Jackson Furniture in Cleveland. Survivors include children and spouses, Jimmy and Patty Lowe, Travis Lowe, Crystal and Shawn Thomas and Dustin Lowe; stepchildren and spouses, Lori Davis, Tiffany and Josh Sherrill and Brittany and B.J. Thomas; grandchildren, Savanna Lowe, Sierra Lowe, Hailey Lowe, Hannah Lowe, Christian Perian, Davah Perian, Jordan Davis, Brayden Lowe, Liliana Lowe, Isaac Sherrill and Atlas Sherrill; great-grandchildren, Zealand, Phoenix, Jesse, Enzo, Emmitt, Riley and Abigail; sister, Diane Lowe; brothers and sister-in-law, Billy Lowe, Randy and Misty Millsaps, Mike Millsaps and Junior Millsaps; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday in the chapel of Biereley-Hale Funeral Home with Tiffany Sherrill officiating. Interment will be in Prospect Cemetery in Englewood. Family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home of Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
