I met Allan in 1991 through Phoebus Little League as we coached with Mike Faldowski for 7 years. I have fond memories as it all started behind my Home on Barron Elementary Schools field. I could always count on Alan "Coach" as we called each other to always be there, we had lot' s of fun and memories. I don't think we did to bad as Allen, BJ and Mike turned out to be fine young men. I thought about Coach as I was working in the yard tonight and saw the kids on the diamond, Some how I could sense his presence. Jannie and all the family you are in our prayers, just know Allan is resting peacefully and no more pain...Joey Maben and Family

Allan was an amazing man. He will be greatly missed. I remember when I was younger, he used to have Allen Wayne and I help cut a yard or 2 before a day of fun at Water Country. As I grew older, I realized what true friendship was by the way he and Janie always kept an eye out for my Mom. The world lost a great man but it is a relief to know he is no longer in pain.

Love you
