I had the pleasure of knowing Brandon from WEST Corporation. I was his day shift supervisor. Brandon came in with a rough start, up and down off the phones walking around picking with people ( in a good way). I found all that was needed was a soft smile and kind words of encouragement and Brandon changed for the best. He would come to me everytime I worked and would give me an update of his progress and I could see the determination in his eyes that he wanted to do right. Brandon became one of my WEST babies. It took me by surprise to read what happened. It took a while for me to come to gribs because this was a really nice young man and I could not imagine the pain that you and your family are going through but rest assure that the Lord knows all and will pull you and your family through. You have my sympanthy. May the Lord Bless you!!
