I keep logging on to see what has been written, simply because I don't know what to say other than I am so sorry for the family's loss. Being a family member myself, Calvin was a cousin that I didn't get to know that well. As may of his cousins didn't, mostly because of distance. What I have learned from reading the online condolences is, what a shame that was for us and all others that didn't get to know him that well. What great words have been written about him. It's obvious he was a pleasure to be around, liked by so many and put smiles on many faces. I can't imagine the loss of a child or a sibling, therefore. I can't begin to imagine the pain you are feeling and the emptiness that is in your hearts. I hope everyone shares all of their memories of Calvin with each other and may each memory put a smile on your face, a chuckle in your heart and may all your tears be happy ones. I love you all!

THE FRIZZELL FAMILY,
AS I READ THE MANY KIND AND LOVING WORDS EXPRESSED HERE BY NOT ONLY MY FELLOW CO-WORKERS AT SCHLESINGER'S BUT BY MANY OTHERS WHO KNEW AND LOVED CALVIN I AM MOVED TO TEARS. AS I WORK ALL DAYS AT THE RESTAURANT AND CALVIN WORKED MOSTLY ALL NIGHTS I MAINLY GOT TO SEE HIM ONLY IN PASSING. HOWEVER, THERE WERE THOSE SPECIAL OCCASSIONS WHERE CALVIN WOULD GET SCHEDULED A DAY SHIFT HERE AND THERE AND I WOULD ALWAYS TEASE HIM ABOUT MAKING A "SPECIAL GUEST APPEARENCE" AND HOW THRILLED I WAS TO BE WORKING WITH HIM ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY. WE WOULD ALMOST ALWAYS END UP TALKING ABOUT FOOTBALL AS HE'S A DOLPHIN'S FAN AND I'M A NEW ENGLAND FAN. I'LL NEVER FORGET THOSE CONVERSATIONS WITH HIM AS WELL AS WHAT A SMOOTH,AWESOME WAITER HE WAS TO WORK WITH. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ALL ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS AND THAT I CAN ONLY HOPE THE WONDERFUL WORDS LEFT HERE ON CALVIN'S BEHALF MAY SOMEHOW EASE YOUR PAIN.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Know that he spoke of his family with such warmth and admiration, and Josh he was so very proud of you. I worked with him at Schlesinger's and at a glance people would refer to us by eachothers name. It was our ongoing joke. I'll miss being called Calvin. Peace be with you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear about Calvin. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends during this time of loss. I worked with Calvin at Schelsinger's. He was a wonderful person. I remember so many good things about him, he always had a smile on his face, made people happy wih his prescence and most of all the many conversations regarding sports... He always connected with everyone in such a meaningfull way. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and most importantly be there for you! He will never be forgotten. We are so sorry to hear about Calvin. He spoke with such love and admiration for your entire family. We enjoyed his company and big smile whenever we came into the restaurant. We always had the sports talk, and I surprised him by knowing so much about nascar. My husband and I invited him to the race last year and we enjoyed a fun filled day at the track. Our deepest sympathy to your entire family

To Calvin's Family
Such a sad time for everyone who knew and loved him. I will miss seeing him popping in and out of the development visiting his dad and sister. He never hestitated to say Hi or smile. He just never knew what a void there would be in the family without him. May your loss be comforted in knowing that Calvin is at peace. Love to all, Chris & Brian

Calvin was one of my favorite people to work with. On slow nights (and there were quite a few) he would come up to my station and we'd talk and talk about anything and everything.. No matter how hopeless we both knew it was, he even tried to teach me about football; and boy, did he love football.
I'll always remember Calvin's 'keep it cool' attitude. He never complained to me, like there was never a bad night for him at the restaurant. Whenever I'd stress he would always remind me that what's in the past is in the past and that we should never worry about what we cannot change.
I'll always remember those words, just as I'll always remember his laid back personality.
We lost a perfectly kind-hearted man on monday.. He will be truly missed by so many.
May angels lead you in..
Rest in Peace, Calvin.

My deepest sympathies to the family. I was saddened by the loss of Calvin. I know there are no words that can ease the pain in your heart that you feel now. May the memories of the love you shared comfort you in the days to come. Calvin will be missed dearly. Schlesinger`s will not be the same without him...
