DAVID PHILLIPS Obituary
David had a great love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Yorktown. He was active in Missions, Visitation, and The Buildings and Ground Committee.
David was preceded in death by his wife, Kay; his daughter, Gay; his brother, John, and his parents, Wilfred and Julia Phillips. He is survived by his 2 children, Michael and wife, Sarah and Lori and husband, Harry; his 3 grandsons, Joshua and wife, Maria Phillips, Zachary and Brady Register; his granddaughter, Alexandra Bass; his brothers, James and wife, Betty Phillips and Thomas Phillips; his sister, Joan Hoyle and many other extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Weymouth Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Bethel Baptist Church in Yorktown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 1004 Yorktown Rd, Yorktown, VA 23693. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
