Diane Williams Obituary

IN LOVING MEMORY

Diane Brown Williams, daughter of the late Earl Harding Brown and Viola Marie Ward Brown, departed this life on June 19, 2021, in Newport News, Virginia. Diane was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and graduated from Joel Elias Spingarn High School with honors and received many awards. She was an intelligent and personable lady who went on to attend Hampton University and Norfolk State University.

Diane leaves behind to mourn her husband Tyrone Williams, four sisters Patricia Brown Stevens (Alexander Jr.), Delores Brown, Debra Drewitt (Carlton) and the late Doris Brown Hill; a brother Earl H. Brown, Jr. (Maurita); nieces and nephews; an uncle Gardner Ward; and great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 26, 2021, at St. John's Church of God in Christ, 2416 Orcutt Avenue, Newport News, Va. 23607.
