To Charlayne, my heart goes out to you in the passing of your loved one, for he was and still is a wondering man. I think of you both, often. I only hope you will realize that death does not stop love as you continue to remind yourself how long you have known Dwight. I admired the peace and joy you both shared in your communication with one another. The most important part of your relationship was the fact that God was visible in your lives. If you need me, you can find me at (757) 356-0591 or office: (757)357-1763. Loving you always, Barbara P. Wiggins and Family.

We are going to miss you man! Going to miss you is an understatement expecially when we are missing you even now while typing this message. Gone too soon!... you were truly a friend... A confidant... Someone to laugh and cut up with... And most of all a child of God! When you look up friend in the dictionary your pictures should be beside it. I know during the election time everyone was saying that if Trump was to get office we will all move to another country... but once again you have beat us all! You have no doubt taking Refuge in the time of storm! LOL we love you bro and give mine sweet mother in law and tight hug for me and my father-in-law a strong high five! From me... Cee Cee... Kency... and Kaporia. We love you!... Kenneth Parker and family.
