Goodie was my dear friend who I knew since 1975 while working at Horne Brothers. He was a fair guy and loved his children and grandchildren. For a while we lost touch. But the last several years we became very close again. We talked every day, sometimes several times a day. We shared fond memories of the past. He would drop by to visit me, since I am unable to drive due to strokes. I send my condolences to his family. I will miss my dear friend very much.
