I am just finding out that Jackie fell asleep in death. I met Jackie at Montaldo's of Richmond, Virginia on or about 1984. She was a very stylish woman and so much energy. I was her seamstress for years until I moved out of state. She was an good at anything and everything she did. My Husband and I live in New Jersey and my intentions was to surprise her. I regret that I never had that chance. My condolences to the Epps family.

I had the fortune of working w/ Jackie while I was an Associate at Morris and Morris. To describe her in 2 words - feisty and caring. Jackie blazed the trail for female litigators in RVA. She was a true inspiration for young female trial lawyers. What a great woman who served her life purpose!

Although I haven't spoken with Jackie in years, I have some fond memories. We were in the USAF (Okinawa, Japan) together. She talked me into moving to Virginia when I got out of the military and going to Hampton Institute. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding. We shared many good times during those years. RIP my friend. Condolences to the family and many friends/acquaintances.
