Mr.& Mrs.Roundtree and Family, It's times like this where words are carefully spoken to uplift one's brokeness. Regardless of how many times we all acknowlegde this appointment....it always remain a surprise to us all, regardless of how young or old. I can only say I am deeply sadden...these words will eventually be forgotten. But God's word will ever remain.....Thess 4:16-18 declares, The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord....Wherefore comfort one another with these words........and I say Amen. Love the Roundtree dearly...........Denise

Dear Roundtree Family:

I was deeply sadened to hear of Karen's homegoing. Unfortunately, I only found out this week. I am very disappointed that I was unable to attend the services. As you know, Karen and your entire family represent an integral part of my happy childhood in Newport News. I have many fond memories of our sharing meals together, playing outside, listening to music and pretending to be the Supremes (Trina, of course, was Diana and Karen and I were backup singers). Karen could make me laugh like no one else. She indeed was my very good friend and my sister. I will miss her deeply. I look forward to seeing her one day at the feet of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May He comfort your hearts as He holds you in the very hollow of His strong hand. I will be certain to stop by to see you the next time I am in town.

Love Always,

Sonni
