I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Dossie. Although I only worked directly with him at Canon for a short time, he truly was respected and cared about the employees well being. My deepest sympathies to you and your family at this time.

I worked with Lou at Canon Virginia Manufacturing INC. in Newport News, Va. I worked in Security, and the more I touched bases with Lou the more we talked and Lou became friend.
I had problems at work and Lou always have me kind and understanding answers all the time. No matter what I shared with him he always shared a solution to my problem that made me see very clear. We talked for hours sometimes. He made me a better person kinder to others.
To the Dossie Family please accept my condolences. Lou will be missed and I will never forget him and the kind thoughts he shared with me.
With a heavy heart, God Bless the Dossie Family and Friends
Lou thank you for being my friend
Rest In Peace

My sincere condolences to the entire Dossie family. I worked very closely with Lou during his tenure with Canon Va. Inc. Lou was an exceptional individual and a people person that always had the best interest of all individuals working under him. I rememeber many instances of him challenging us in Human Resoures to ensure his folks received the best possible service. Rest in peace my friend.
