Matthew Hudgins Obituary

Matthew Hudgins, son of Donna D. Hudgins, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 17th. He was pre-deceased by his father, the Honorable W.E. Hudgins. He is survived by his sister Holly Davidson, her husband Michael Davidson, three nephews: Austin Davidson, Drake Davidson and Drew Davidson, and two nieces: Alex Davidson and Ryanne Davidson. Matt, often referred to as Ole Hudge by his close friends, never missed an opportunity to have a good time. His happiest days were spent on a golf course or out at the beach playing corn hole. When he wasn't at the beach he could always be found out and about listening to live music. His laughter and smile will be so missed. Funeral services will be held on January 29th at 11am at Eastern Shore Chapel followed by burial in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery. A reception will be held at Becca at the Cavalier on the Hill immediately following the burial. Online condolences may be offered to the family at hdoliver.com.

Matt was such a jovial friend. He was always laughing and having a great time at the beach. I will miss you "cornhole partner" and know that you will be missed by all. Rest in peace Matt
