I am writing to extend my condolences to the entire Fields family. Philippe was a truly talented musician who spent many hours perfecting his craft to the highest level while generously nurturing the talent of others. During the past several years, he struggled mightily against steep odds, but he never wavered in his dedication to his daughter, whom he loved more than life, and to his music. May God watch over the family and please know that you are in my prayers.

To Krysten and the rest of Philippe's family,
Our hearts are saddened as I extend condolences and prayers for comfort at the homegoing of your father and brother, Philippe. I will remember him as a genuine, kind-hearted person of immense musical skill and talent. He was very gentle, until he sat with a horn. I sorrow for you all and me. But for Philippe, I am glad he has entered into his eternal rest and reward with Jesus and our loved ones there. We spoke often of looking forward to this day I believe he has found and for which I wait. Until then, you and I have the gift of his music to cherish. Rarely, does a person leave such an incredible legacy and memory. If I may be of any comfort or fellowship, please call. Again, I extend our love and prayers from his church family at Victory Christian Center.
