Raymond Shattuck Obituary

GLOUCESTER - Raymond 'Ray' Lee Shattuck, 38, of Gloucester, formerly of Hampton, died suddenly, Friday, March 28, 2003. He was employee by Walter C. Via Enterprises in West Point. Ray is survived his parents, Sylvia and Paul L. Shattuck Sr. of Lanexa; his children, Dustin Lee and Sylvia Ann Shattuck; grandmother, Waverly Cook of Poquoson; three brothers, Paul L. Shattuck Jr. of Newport News, Andrew 'Andy' M. Shattuck and Walter 'Bubba' E. Shattuck, both of Hampton; a sister, Paula J. Frantz and husband, Bob, of Hampton; companion, Evelyn Little; two stepdaughters, Amanda and Tracy Little of Gloucester; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home in Downtown Hampton. A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home Chapel by Pastors Don G. Marsh and Randy Hill. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
