Roberta HUFFMAN Obituary
She was a unique woman who loved her spot on the Chikahominy River.
Roberta was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Chester Irl Huffman.
She is survived by her two sons, Chester Huffman Jr. and Phillip Huffman (Leslie); as well as three grandchildren, Chase, Kelsey and Phillip Tucker. Special thanks to Deborah Coates, Thomas and Debbie Mahone, and many other dear friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140, with burial following in Washington Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Condolences can be registered at www.vincentfh.com. We have recently learned of Roberta's passing and offer our deepest sympathy to the family. We were fortunate to have Roberta and Tuck as neighbors on the Chickahominy. Tuck would always go visit friends in his pickup and Roberta always shared with us some of the sweetest cherry tomatoes and good conversation about this, that, and the other.
We meet many people every day and some leave a lasting impression. We will remember the friends we had in Roberta and Tuck.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family. Roberta was so much fun to be around during all my growing up years. She was the absolute best and most loyal friend to my mother, Carrie Fenton.

Chester and Phil,
I am just learning of your mother's passing and offer my sincere sympathy. I have fond memories of her at "the river". She was such a fun person and was a good friend to my mother. God Bless you as you go through this difficult time.
