Stella MUSGROVE Obituary
She was born March 5, 1924, in Bound Brook, N.J., to the late Victor and Bernice (Brunistana Napiarkoska) Ponichtera. Stella was the youngest of three brothers and one sister, who have all passed away. In 1948, she was married to the love of her life, the late Carlton Musgrove, in Bound Brook.
Stella and Carlton are survived by their daughter, Patricia Aitkenhead; and son, Robert Musgrove; as well as grandchildren, Scot and Lori Aitkenhead, and Mallory Musgrove.
Stella was a resident of Newport News for 42 years and enjoyed an 18 year career at Siemens/Bendix. In retirement, "Grandmommy," as she was known to her family, spent time watching birds, visiting the Outer Banks, playing cards and looking beautiful in her favorite color, lavender. Though she will be missed tremendously, her family is thankful that she has been reunited in heaven with her late husband. Now, Grandmommy and Grandaddy will spend their days Jitterbugging and laughing together again.
A celebration of Stella's life will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 14, at W.J. Smith and Son Funeral Home. All family and friends are welcome to attend.

Pat,It has been along time since we have seen each other but I still remember your mother,she was a wonderful lady,sorry to here of her passing,just take peace in knowing she is back with your dad. God bless you,I hope that you will be o/k,you take care and Iwill keep you in my prayers.
