My sympathies to your family Steve. The last time I saw you was at our fiends Charlie and Linda's house 2 years ago for the low country boil. It was great to catch up about the Investors and American Home Funding days. I hope to see you in heaven, if I get there, until then--easy refi's.

Matthew, Daniel and Madison although we don't know each other, I feel in a small way I know you just from the many times Steve talked about each of you; he always had a twinkle in his eye and a proud smile! Condolences to you and your families for your loss.
Steve,
I am fortunate to have had such a good friend. Working with you at American Home Funding and continuing our friendship for the past 20+ years. I will always remember the countless good times we shared, the numerous conversations covering the mortgage industry, politics, sports, food, and families.
You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
A friend once told me; never say goodbye but see you later. So here's to seeing you later.
Our Love,
John & Robin Burford

Steve's passion for cooking was exceeded only by his passion for life. So glad I had a chance to talk with him just over a week ago - small trip down memory lane. We're going to miss you, big fella. Peace. Remember to keep Gil and Walt on the straight and narrow. If you're in need of a golf lesson, you know where you can reach me.
